Linda Laughlin

Surgical Assistant

Linda will see to it that your questions are answered and your concerns are addressed. She is the one who will accompany you through your entire surgical experience at HHIPS if you elect surgery in our in-office suite. She can also help you arrange your accommodations if you're coming from out of town. And, yes, the Laughlin's are related! Linda is Dr. Laughlin's wife of 36 years. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren.

Ellavese Heath
Office Manager

Ellavese takes care of all of the accounts receivable, insurance billing, patient billing and coding. She is a Low Country "native" having lived here all of her life. She and her husband Eddie have two children: Michael and Amy and are busy spoiling their first grandson. When she is not making sure that the office at HHIPS is running smoothly, Ellavese enjoys the relaxing past-times of gardening, cross stitch, and movie-going.

Karen Latsko
Receptionist

Karen looks forward to greeting you on your visit to Hilton Head Island Plastic Surgery. She is the scheduler - extraordinaire! She will see to it that your appointments and surgery are scheduled in a timely and convenient manner. She is also the cheerful voice on the HHIPS - end of the telephone. Karen moved here eight years ago from Ohio and is enjoying the sunny weather with her husband of 42 years - John. She and John have three daughters and two grandsons. She enjoys traveling, (especially to see her family), gardening, bridge and shopping.
